Many manufacturers offer several battery technologies but specialize in none. Fullriver Battery specializes in manufacturing only sealed, maintenance-free AGM batteries. Also, many manufacturers of conventional wet batteries do not actually produce their sealed products but rather source from another manufacturer. Fullriver manufactures the entire battery from grid casting through final assembly. This means we control the entire manufacturing process to ensure that we consistently produce to our design specifications. Our batteries are designed to provide a number of essential benefits and we use the highest quality raw materials to make sure we succeed. There is no compromise with Fullriver Battery.

Sealed Construction

The unique construction and sealing techniques of the FULLRIVER battery guarantee leak proof operation in any position with no adverse effect to capacity or service life.

Electrolyte Suspension System

All FULLRIVER batteries utilize an electrolyte suspension system consisting of a high porosity, glass fiber material which in conjunction with plates, totally absorb and contain the electrolyte.

Gas Generation

FULLRIVER batteries incorporate a built-in design that controls gas generation and induces recombination of more than 99% of gases generated during float usage.

Low Pressure Valve Regulated System

All FULLRIVER batteries are equipped with safety release valves, designed to operate between 2 and 5 psi and automatically reseal. Hence, there is never an excessive accumulation of gas within the battery.

Maintenance Free Operation

There is no need to check specific gravity of the electrolyte or add water to FULLRIVER batteries during float service life. In fact, there is no provision for this type of maintenance.

Highly reliable long-life sealed lead-acid battery

A combination of a plate grid of lead-calcium-tin alloy, a well constructed active material, a newly developed separator and electrolyte has helped the battery to achieve a low self-discharge rate and a 12- year life cycle.

Cyclic Service Life

More than 1000 discharge/recharge cycles can be realized from FULLRIVER batteries, dependent on the average depth of discharge.

Float Service Life

FULLRIVER batteries have an expected life span of 4 to12 years in float service applications.

Self Discharge-Shelf Life

The self discharge rate of FULLRIVER batteries at room temperature is approximately 3% of rated capacity per month.

Operating Temperature

FULLRIVER HGL Batteries may be operated over a broad range of ambient temperatures.

Deep Discharge Recovery

FULLRIVER batteries recover their capacities even after repeated deep discharges.
